● We offer completely free standard shipping on all orders across India with no hidden delivery charges. Cash on Delivery is available at no extra cost for added convenience.

● Orders are usually processed and shipped quickly, with delivery completed within 4–5 days after dispatch depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared within 24 hours via SMS and email so you can easily monitor your delivery.

● We use trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket and Delhivery to ensure safe and reliable shipping. All orders are carefully packed and handled before dispatch from our warehouse to maintain product safety.

● Please note that shipping is available only within India, and we do not currently support international delivery. Orders are not shipped on weekends or government holidays due to warehouse schedules.

● You can update your delivery address within 4 hours of placing your order. If your delivery is delayed beyond 5–7 days, our support team is available to assist you and resolve the issue quickly.

● We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

● Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Items should be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

● Once received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or available refund option.

● Items that are damaged, used, missing tags, or not in original condition are not eligible. If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo/video).

● Refund processing time depends on your payment method or bank. COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer, store credit, or another available method. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
