1. Return Window (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. 60-Day Limited Guarantee (Defects Only)

We offer a 60-day limited guarantee only for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged items received
  • Product not working as intended

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fit issues
  • Minor variations in color/design

3. No Returns for Change of Mind

As we operate a dropshipping model, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Delivery delays outside our control

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund

Important:

  • Do not send items back without prior approval

  • In some cases, returns may not be required and a refund/replacement will be issued directly

6. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We do not charge any restocking fee for returns

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Innerwear and beauty items
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized products

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after approval and inspection
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI only

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
