- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or Government Holidays
- You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days across India
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Location

- Courier partner delays

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected orders.
To ensure smooth operations:
- Order Verification: COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders

4. Prepaid Orders Policy
- Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing
- Payments are securely processed via trusted payment gateways
- In case of cancellation (before shipping), refunds will be processed to the original payment method
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions
6. Order Tracking

7. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details
- Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled
- If delivery fails due to customer error, re-shipping may not be possible
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- Customers must follow the Return Policy after delivery
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos as proof
We will arrange:
- Replacement, or
- Refund (as applicable)
