1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or Government Holidays
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Location
    • Product availability
    • Courier partner delays

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected orders.

To ensure smooth operations:

  • Order Verification: COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp
  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders
  • Non-Acceptance: If you refuse delivery without valid reason:
    • Future COD orders may be restricted
  • Repeat Failures: Multiple rejected orders may result in prepaid-only access
  • COD Charges: A small COD fee may be applied (if applicable)

4. Prepaid Orders Policy

  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing
  • Payments are securely processed via trusted payment gateways
  • In case of cancellation (before shipping), refunds will be processed to the original payment method

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email
  • You can track your order in real time

7. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier/logistics issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Remote locations

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details
  • Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled
  • If delivery fails due to customer error, re-shipping may not be possible

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • Customers must follow the Return Policy after delivery

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos as proof

We will arrange:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (as applicable)
